Personal, friendly support from pharmacist

I used to be a customer of Clicks, but then changed to another pharmacy which is also close by and open 24 hours a day. Then I went to Clicks just once for some medication.... and haven't stopped going there. At the Teddington Street branch in Bellville the pharmacists are always very kind and friendly. It is a joy to come into contact with them. This is especially true of Natasha Swart. Yesterday morning I got the bad news from my doctor that I may be diabetic. Natasha was so friendly, as always, from the moment she saw me. Nowhere was the impersonal attitude that one finds at other pharmacies, both Clicks and non Clicks. Instead as always she recognised me, and really went into detail about my condition, what I can do about it, what the treatment options are, and which options are available for me to monitor it myself. I feel really fortunate to have this lady as my pharmacist. I also live with depression and an anxiety disorder, and am under treatment for both. Natasha really goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable, reassured and safe in spite of the environment being very cold and clinical. Thank you Natasha, you are a star!
