People using positions to make others feel small because of position

I have received thee worst service from the lady who acted up for me at Dainfaim square clicks, she claimed to be the area manager of which i found it difficult to even believe she is course u could see she was even rude in front of her stuff of which is not the 1st time i came across her rudeness then the was the store manager named hope no customer service at all she couldn't even greet as i walked on let alone when she Authorized for me, for a big company that i have spend money on for years Dainfain service has changed, i went the to buy my family medication but i had this lady talking to one of the the stuff in an uncall for way but i continue to do my shopping

I would like this to be known by people who i have listed here, especially this on SIFISO MHLONGO he is one of the great, sweet and help pharmacist his service excellent his sense of agency and accuracy is out of this world

I would like him to get recognition award even from this so called rude area manager and store manager who doesn't know the meaning of service
