Pensioners complaints

My parents are pensioners, and I am speaking on their behalf as well as their other pensioner friends,<br> <br> They either collect their monthly medication at the Montana or Kolanade Click pharmacies. Its happening basically every time that they have to stand 30 minutes to 1 hour to be served. This means standing in a row for this period of time. It is with empathy to watch the pensioners and old people standing and waiting to be served - I have witnessed this as well. <br> <br> Sometimes due to a lack of urgency or efficiency from the internships.<br> <br> A suggestion - can a pharmacist / intern not be placed in a position to only serve pensioners as per the notices of self-medication and prescriptions? Maybe this can be app**** to more of your branches.<br> <br> A compliment to Christo (Clicks Montana) as he is always willing to assist soonest and is very helpful. <br> <br> Regards
