Pension withdrawal after dismissal

I joined clicks(employee no:***)in 2016 and got dismissed in 03/24,I filled all necessary documents to ensure that iam able to withdraw my pension fund.But up until now the administrator(Alexander Forbes) for my pension fund has not received documents for my claim from them.I have sent countless emails to HR and divisional secretary querying about progress and I get told it's still with their benefits department.,of which is puzzling because it's almost 2months past my dismissal.
