Penicillin warning sticker

My kid is allergic to penicillin and I got a specific doctors prescription for penicillin free antibiotics. When I opened my parcel received from the Clicks Pharmacy, the bottle had a red warning sticker on it indicating Penicillin. I appreciate the risk indication, but either the procedures or the training need to be improved.
