Pay point and poor attitude issues

Today at Baywest Clicks, I couldn't push my double pram past other paying customers whislt trying to pay for my purchases due to the Christmas wrapping paper boxes occupying the passage way at the till point. I had to move out the shop 3 times for trollies to pass as there was no space to pass me. When I mentioned the wrapping paper boxes are taking up too much space, I was told they not moving them. So I asked for the Manager, I was told 'she is somewhere around' so I asked again for the Manager the cashier called for her. When I explained the issue, it was not well responded to, I got a blank stare and an 'ok'. A disabled person in a wheelchair would have the same problem which is not right due to the many challenges they have to deal with already. With Christmas coming up its going to cause frustration with customers and the flow of customers will be blocked. Poor form Baywest!
