🚨 SIX MONTHS OF INCORRECT MEDICATION. WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY, CLICKS?

I am an autoimmune patient with asthma, and for six months, Clicks Blue Hills Pharmacy dispensed Sereflo 25/50 instead of my prescribed Sereflo 25/250. This dispensing error has been confirmed to me telephonically.

The potential impact on my health is extremely serious. Yet, despite sharing medical records and repeatedly following up, I have been left chasing answers and accountability.

This is not just a dispensing error. It is a patient safety issue.
