Pathetic waiting times at Clicks Hibiscus Coast Mall

Pathetic. I have to pick up chronic medication once a month from Clicks at Hibiscus Mall in Ramsgate KZN. For 2 months in a row i have waited 45 minutes to be assisted. The pharmacists are terribly slow. Today one of the ladies was talking to customers as if we have all the time in the world. It took her 1 hour to assist these people ( according to another aggravated customer ) . There were only 5 customers in front of me. This is pathetic service and a very poor advert for Clicks.

Whats even worse is the fact i had to wait a further 10 minutes to be assisted by a cashier. There were only 2 cashiers operating and once again at snails pace. Trust me.....you had some very upset customers today. The horrible thing is the majority of them were elderly and standing for such a long time clearly took its toll.

I suggest you improve customer service
