Pathetic stupid clicks employeez

I orderd items online on the 2 December n receieved a message Friday to collect the items at Galleria clicks on Saturday I went to collect the parcel paid for my parking ticket that's when I opened my box to find that the items in it belongs to someone else then I had to face another inconvenience because I had to go back to the store only for the manager to say he cant do anything for me n he will contact me today n up until now I haven't received feedback I called the online clicks department n they are so inefficient n pathetic the service they provide is pathetic n I will never again order online and I will never want to refer anyone else to them they ..clicks online and clicks at galleria had given me pathetic service when I called today the manager says my box arrived today n I must pick up what the hell when I was promised delivery for Monday n today they tell me only when I call them to ask about my box that I must pick it up useless pathetic service
