Pathetic services at Clicks station square

I went to buy at Clicks Station Square Pretoria, on Sunday 2 December 2018. I used my bank card to pay for my stuff but when I entered my pin the transaction was declined. The cashier who was assisting me told me to try again, and we did. It declined again.

I got an sms from my bank saying that the money has been reserved for this purchased, I told the cashier that the amount went through in my bank and she said it will be reversed.

Days went by and the amount went through and the payment showed in my bank statement. I went to the store to ask them to tell my bank to reverse the transaction as I did not take the goods. I spoke to the lady named Tholakele who kept on promisin to sort it out but till this day its not sorted out. I even sent an email to consumer email on the clicks website but no one is assisting me.

I do not know what to do as no one is willing to assist me. I honestly do not tink i will ever buy from clicks anymore.
