Pathetic service when ordering online

Pathetic service received from clicks online and the port shepstone orbi plaza branch.We ordered on the 10 April, today is 29th April ,we went in-store,the package was located but could not scan the box out..The staff had from the time of delivery to the store to 29th April to fix the issue and send the customer the otp sms to collect and that was not done.Will never buy from clicks again and will also leave local social media and hello peter reviews of how Pathetic your company is
