Pathetic service to say the least

For the last two weeks I have been having so many issues with clicks. One I did an online order on the 1st April long story short after alot of back and forth I received my package today.2nd of all I wrote a complaint about the pharmacy dispensing the incorrect dosage for my prescription medication.so I had not yet received a call from their so called complaints resolution team as mentioned in their email to me I'm so fed up with the pathetic service from your company and when you call it's so noisy in the background.
