Pathetic Service Received at Golden Acre Clicks Pharmacy

I advocate for excellent customer service. As a manager in customer service space am always expecting the same or even more.

It was the worst experience received from pharmacist assistant Nomnqophiso Mahleza at Clicks Golden Acre yesterday.

She is rude, sarcastic and does not represent clicks image well. As a customer I greeted with a smile, she asked have I used my medical aid to purchase medicine at Golden Acre clicks before.

I believe I understood her question incorrectly and she then told me "uyandixelela or ufundisa mna nge Medical aid, sowuthetha wedwa kuba andibuzanga lonto mna"

Basically saying "are you asking or educating me about the medical aids, you are now talking to yourself as I have not asked for what you are answering."

I apologised and informed her maybe I heard incorrectly hence I was answering that particular way she rolled her eyes and continued with what she was doing. As sick as I was yesterday, I thought about it and I was like, this lady is rude!!! She was rude and her service was pathetic!!
