Pathetic service - Order Confirmation ***

After confirming the delivery address with the Ram call centre yesterday and being assured that the medical equipment would be received today (confirmation also confirmed by Clicks by way of an email) - in a follow up call this afternoon I am now advised that the parcel has not been authorised for release and is not out for delivery?!! How difficult is it to deliver a parcel??
