Pathetic Service offered by Pharmacy

Good Day <br> I would like to express my anger of my experience at the Clicks Pharmacy , Brigh****er commons yesterday.<br> I picked up 4 of the 6 months of my repeat script at this pharmacy. So yesterday I went in to fetch the 5th box of the script , I was greeted by a very arrogant Ramosha Jack at your pharmacy.<br> I picked up the other 4 boxes previously from other staff, who were very polite and decent.<br> As soon as he greeted me he looked so unprofessional with dreadlocks and such attitude, not professional at all.<br> <br> He say the doctor did not write a repeat script and all kinds of attitude, saying he cannot assist me further.<br> I said to him its a pity the doctors office is not opened today so you could call him and confirm , he said you cant do anything , and I cant assist you, did not even call up my med aid details<br> I asked him for his name and he says his name is Ramosha Jack and he is head of your pharmacy.<br> I asked him if you had such a problem , how did your other staff give me the meds 4 months in a row.<br> He said he cant answer me and he is not concerned about my problem and is not concerned if I report him.<br> I was assisted by Dischem Pharmacy who had no issue at all to assist
