Pathetic service Mdantsane City Mall

I visited clicks in Mdantsane City, after queuing for more than 15 minutes, i was called by a cashier names andiswa so that she can help me. I informed her before I paid that i don't have my clicks card as i have left it in the car in Pretoria. She informed me that I will not be able to use points but I can earn points, she will do the transaction manually. We agreed and she continued with the purchase. She called an elderly lady (Ms Peni) asking her to authorize the manual transaction, the lady came and asked me where is my card? Why don't I have a clicks app? She said she is tired of doing manual transactions,.people must bring their clicks club cards for points. She further said, if i don't have a card, i will forfeit the points. I told her i have a card number. She refused to take it. I then left all those purchases to the value of close to R2000 in the till and went somewhere else to shop. The behavior is not acceptable. When shell was still accepting the clicks point card, i would bring a previous slip to use it for points. It is sad, that's why I'll never return to Eastern Cape and work. The service is very bad. The attitude stinks, no sense of urgency at all. You rather loose a client because of attitude. I've never received this treatment at any clicks before.
