pathetic service from the store

last week,your branch in centurion mall I received thee most pathetic service even from the store manager herself,the level of service was poor and low, I went to buy a cologne by estee lauder amber mystique and the consultant advised me that the product is scanning R1 and they are not allowed to sell it,ok I spoke to the manager and asked her to make a special price because the item was on the shelve,why does she display something if she advises me that its not for sale,i have been looking for the item all over south Africa and the only place where I find it they cannot do a manual override and provide me with a relevant price for the item she bluntly told me that theres nothing she can do,not even find out from head office if the item can be sold,she just let me go just like that? I don't think that's fair for me to see an item that I want to buy and be advised that "theres nothing I can do" that's false adverti*****t
