Pathetic service from the pharmacist assistant

I am very disappointed with clicks in westville centre ,Yesterday I have waited for more than 20 minutes to be attended by the pharmacist ,and when my number was called I went to Kooben's(Pharmacist assistant)and I told him that my one year old daughter doesn't have appetite and with so much arrogance he said I must go to the multi vitamins isle and take Vitamin B syrup he didn't even assist me ,he called the next person ,when I looked at it it starts from 3 yrs ,I asked for help from another lady who was so helpful she said she doubts he meant that she went to the assistant pharmacist to verify and with so much attitude he said the vitamin B syrup even when the lady told him it starts from 3yrs ,I ended up leaving ,I have been using westville clicks for years I have never received such pathetic service ,worse part I have told him it's a small child he didn't bother if I take the right medication or not ,I am very disappointed ,this person has definitely studied for what he is doing but to me it sounds as if he was just taken from the street ,he doesn't have customer service manners ,he doesn't Care about my children's health if he can just point me to something that shouldn't be taken by a one year old ,I am going to take this to the Minister of health we don't need such people in our lives as we pay for such services on on top of it spending so much time seating at clicks and receive such service is disgusting you can contact me on ***if you want more clarity
