Pathetic service from the actual branch and the online shop as well.

In the latest Clicks Gift Guide they have a Frozen backpack with Cosmetics Gift set for girls. I really wanted to buy this for my daughter but the Thabazimbi branch only had Shimmer and Shine and in the 2 Lephalale Branches they had nothing. When I asked one of the lady's who works in the Lephalale branch whether or not they will get stock she told me that she doesn't thinks so as all the other Christmas Gift sets has arrived but not the backpacks therefore she doesn't think they will get stock.

To make matters worse I went onto Clicks online as they are surely supposed to have this items seeing as they don't stock it in all they're shops... Guess what... They don't have the item. It's not sold out or anything, it's just not there.

This is pathetic services from Clicks. Why can't they send this item to all their shops with the other Christmas Gift sets or are they discriminating against Lephalale? Which I can understand why as our money is good enough to buy everything else in the shop. If they can deliver 1 item, why not another???
