Pathetic service from pharmacy.

Clicks Sophiatown I drealt with Dumi. They gave too little pills for February and I was told to collect the balance the following week. I went there and was told that they cant give the meds as medical aid wont pay due to "early collection". I went today and was told medical aid wont pay the pills as we wanted to collect for the following month also. This same lady messed up our pills before saying that she gave dpuble by accident when she only gave for half a month. I dont know if they want to ***** the pills or what is going on.

Then a script that is in its second month all of a sudden does not have authorisation. She obviously doesnt know the system. Useless.
