Pathetic service from nursing sister

My baby was scheduled for a 9 months vaccine on the 27/02 but when we got there in the morning, the nursing sister who works on weekends advised that we should come back on the 09/03 as the lil one was on antibiotics. Closer to the 9th Sr. Maxi called and advised that she is cancelling our appointment and will call to reschedule as she wasn’t feeling well. I understood as many people weren’t well after the Covid vaccine. To date I haven’t received any communication from her, this is just poor customer service, I wonder if this is how she treats all her patients. I’ve had to schedule another appointment with Clicks Cornubia.
