pathetic service from clicks Rosebank mall

I am very disappointed and felt stupid after I bought a purse and watch kids character's set at clicks mall of Rosebank. I was buying my toiletries and when I was about to pay at the till the set was there. I ask the cashier the set for someone she said no. I ask if I can purchase it. she responded very fast yes you can knowing deep down it was returned by someone because the purse is seriously faulty. what annoys me the most the Male manager was there he even gave out the price and authorised the discount. Was I that stupid to them that I deserve to buy rejected products. I am wondering how do they feel after selling a wrong or damaged products to clients? why would I buy damaged products. What happened to Ubuntu spirits and good customer service. They should have advised me that the product is damaged. I am very annoyed and disappointed
