PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A MANAGER
Got the worst service from a Pharmacy Manager Her name is Bongeka/Bongelwa Ngqolosi at Clicks, Kenako Mall. It's not the first time I've seen "our people" treated badly by the ladies in this particular store. The sad part is that it is our own black ladies treating other black people like this.
I come here every now and again, because my mother who has to collect her chronic medication sometimes asks me to collect her medication. I get the same attitude from these ladies. Today I decided to take it up. It's not only the manager that is rude to clients, but the rest of the pharmacy ladies, whenever I have to come here. These ladies need training in customer service.

07 Jan 2021, 15:23So after 48 hours, after i had written my complaint to this organisation, about the service i experienced in one of your outlets. Clearly by your lack of response to my complaint, I have come to the conclusion that this, is this organisation's way of treating their customers. Well, I normally buy my perfumes and toiletries here and from hence forth i will never ever set my foot in any of their stores. It's a good thing it's early in the year, i will convince my mother to collect her chronic medication elsewhere, where we will be treated with the respect that we deserve. I'm done with this ****** organisation. Clicks has clearly proven that, I mean how can we forget the incident of late last year. So when they saw my review, they probably though, well, "it's just one of them anyway"
