Pathetic service

Good day I placed and order last week online. I waited the entire week for my delivery and nothing came. I phoned clicks and the guy told me that there was a delay due to black Friday even tho I ordered after black Friday. I pleaded with him telling him that I need my order if I knew it would take That long I would have bought it in store. The guy tells me that it will definitely be here on Monday (6 December) Then I wait the entire day yesterday and today but nothing has come and my baby's formula is in there. I had to go over the weekend and buy and extra tin which was out of my budget. Then I speak to anele or andile siwa. Telling him my frustrations and he has the audacity to laugh at me. I feel so violated as a customer. I make a purchase of over R1000 every month to clicks and this is the service I get. He tells me he can't even contact the courier company and that I must do it. I did not order from ram I ordered from clicks. I will never order from clicks online again I will gladly take my business to dischem.
