Pathetic service

On Monday 25 May 2020 during my lunch break (30min) I went to Clicks, Flamingo Square, Table View. The que that led to the pharmacy was about 20 people, with 6 counters and only 2 people to assist. I took a full hour before I was assisted, no apologies or any customer service whatsoever. Whilst waiting for my medication, a lady that appeared from the back spoke to the Pharmacist and rep**** "Well we cannot process scripts in advance, he must come in and take number. We are only 2 people today. Seriously? You Mr Pharmacist are one of the most fortunate people to still have a job during lockdown. You are doing no one a favour by your sad, pathetic comments, you are being paid to be there, so if this is clearly too much effort for you, rather give your job to someone that will be more than grateful. Do not make your internal issues your customer's problem. This is the same pharmacist that I had to wait so that he could finish his lunch before he assisted me about a year ago.

I see many Clicks having this ticket system in place, what makes this Clicks so special that they don't need it??????
