Pathetic service

I'd like to lodge a formal complaint against Sabina and Mcedisi from clicks polo fields waterfall , after my baby was giving me hard time inside the store I had unaware put an item in my pocket, and when I left the store, the alarm went off i found it in ny unzipped pocket. I gave the earrings to the security (Mcedisi) and he then gave it to Sabina, I then voluntarily paid for earrings to avoid being accused of *****ing.

As I was leaving after paying they took the receipt with no explanation, and when I asked for it, I was told they were supposed to call the cops on me and they will keep the receipt

I'd like the store to view the cameras from the time I walked in and conclude if that was a *****ing! Sabina and Mcedisi are so inhuman and inconsiderate, they do not represent the clicks values
