Pathetic service

Today I went to Clicks Key West to get my prescription medication. I have seen the transaction has been processed on my medical aid, but I have not received my sms as I usually do. When I reached the counter, the person informed me that I must go to another branch to collect my medication, which I never have done before, as I always go to Key West branch. I had to wait an hour to get my medication. It seems there is always one kr the other issue with Clicks. I am getting fed up and tirex oc this poor service. My mefical aid forces me to go to Clicks. Before I use to go to Dischem. The excellent service I have received from Dischem cannot be compared to the pathetic service from Clicks.
