Pathetic service 🙄 customer care need to be replaced they can't read

Clicks online absolutely pathetic stay far far away their customer service is disgusting ordered online and chose pick up at store 🙄 instead of Delivery as it's much quicker just to get that it takes 3-4 days before you can collect in-store- why then give that option where you could just keep it as Delivery, pathetic call the call center they said it was on route yesterday to the store , check today they have only dispatched and waiting for couriers to collect, save yourself time and energy stop ordering online and just go to the store
