Pathetic service clicks ONLINE and Durban branches.

Trying to purchase a decent fan. Getting the run around from branch to branch in durban. Clicks branches HARDLY answer calls. onlineorder there's no stock & we DON'T know that. Branches HARDLY have stock. Told it would TAKE approx 3weeks to deliver from1 branch to ANOTHER!!! Are we living in the stone age. I am not wasting my time and MONEY to phone AGAIN. I want a SENIOR person from head office to call me IMMEDIATELY to sort THIS delivery mess .
