PATHETIC SERVICE - CLICKS EASTGATE

I will like to lodge a complaint against Clicks Eastgate. On Saturday I went to the store and asked a lady Sharon to keep aside a Stainless Steel Safeway Kettle which was on promotion for R269. The reason being is that I was having issues with another Safeway kettle which I wanted to return and swop for the one for R269. I was not told that the promotion ends on Tuesday (yesterday) as I did mention to her that I will fetch it yesterday after taking the other faulty kettle. Due to un-forseen circumstances, I was unable to go to the store yesterday. Today when I arrived at the store, I was told that sorry the promotion ended yesterday and I must now pay R187 the difference as the kettle is R339. Totally upset with the service that I received from the supervisor as she thought she is speaking to someone who is her shoe size. "WHERES THE BOX FOR THE KETTLE" I want the Manager to call me or else i will escalate this matter,
