Pathetic service by Clicks online

This is the most inefficient and pathetic service rendered by any compnay I have used. While placing an online order (stock on hand at aplicable store), the refuse to accept my invoice they sent. It takes 2-3 working days for an order to be ready for collection. When trying to cancel, I have to wait 3-5 working days. But they require your money immediately but cannot render service or return your money immediately. When ordering from Dischem, you can collect your order in an hour or 2. Customer service is beyond pathetic as well.
