Pathetic service by clicks king Williams town Management

Yesterday around 1pm I went to visit return a creame I thought from clicks king Williams town. Eastern cape . I had very very unpleasant experiences with Management there . 1st they refused to returned my items but when I threatened then to speak with head office , they did return my items. Later I decided to buy again but there was a african man who was a supervisor or management refused to sell me the item . I had an argument with him and he was so rude to me that I left the store with anger and frustration. However that supervisor need a lot of training regarding CPA and customer interaction. Will not go again there and will take this matter further also .
