Pathetic service by Clicks at The Grove Mall

I am laying a complaint regarding Clicks The Grove mall. This stupid security personnel first came to me saying I must speak to my 'kids' they must not take the products off the shelves. Firstly I have 1 child. The child is 1 year and 4 months, what products can be taken off shelves and being damaged by a 1 year old when actually she takes the lights things and she gives them to me to put in the trolley. I also don't appreciate being spoken to in some language I don't understand and having to correct the personnel to speak in English! The fact that these useless women stand around with green t-shirts all over the store is irritating because 1 was actually laughing with this security guard when I told him my opinion. I know its December and people ***** and shops are full but this man I wish I knew his name needs to be trained properly on how to approach people and my child is not even doing anything. The service needs to be upgraded I mean really its pathetic!
