Pathetic Service

For an organization belonging to the largest Private Sector distributor, wholesaler and retailer of medicines, the service at Clicks Direct Medicine "sucks". You are on-hold forever and if you get through, they are so inefficient that you go back on hold and wait for 5 minutes and then have to hangup and call again. medicines seldom arrive on time, you have to follow up most of the time. The list goes on but I'm just frustrated with them.
