Pathetic Service!!!

This is the worst customer service one could ever receive. The staff is rude and unpleasant. This happened at The Grove Mall branch in Pretoria. Clicks needs to get their ducks in a row if they want to continue operating. The "acting supervisor" was just as rude as the cashier, and was of zero help. They starting speaking an African language thinking I wouldn't understand. Her name is Lebogang Masombuga.

Highly disappointed that she is even management material to begin with. What pathetic service. I would recommend everyone start going to Dischem where the staff are polite and assistance is offered.
