Pathetic service

Pathetic service from Lady Grey Street Paarl. This manager Ludl or whatever the name is together with the cashier. I was asking for a product which was advertised and the 3 for 2 signage which on the counter as well. Yes afterwards the signage was removed. And this particular manager did not even took the decency to assist for the exchange of the product. The branch in the Paarl Mall is also very friendly and helpful.
