Pathetic service at Clicks Pharmacy, N1 City Mall

This morning i was in Clicks N1 City Mall. I used the quematic system and got a ticket. So it is always said that you can take your ticket and walk around in store and wait for your number to be called. So today I did this as I was in a bit of a rush. They called my number and I was in the front of the store by the chocolates isle. Heard my number and immediately made my way to the chemist. This is a small store so imagine that it doesn't take more than a minute to get there. When I got there they had called the next number and told me to wait again. So imagine. What is the point of this system if this is the way you are treated. I asked them at the counter and they just told me to wait. I mean this is not Home Affairs! So why does it feel like it?! Pathetic service! Really disgusting. No apology, nothing! You guys have a customer service problem. Please address it!!!
