Pathetic service at Clicks Lenasia

Pathetic service at clicks lenasia. My medical aid had instructed Clicks several times to issue my chronic medication. They refused as their system will not allow it and the fact that there is no manager on site to call their head office to even make a way for me to recieve my medication leaving me without medication for 2 weeks now. The person I had dealt with at their pharmacy name Themba Tshabalala practice number of which I have too was most unhelpful and said clearly that he can do nothing infact no one could do a thing as their was no manager on site. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting customer service at Clicks Lenasia
