PATHETIC SERVICE AT CLICKS LADYSMITH

So im a shopper at clicks in kzn ladysmith. Every month I spend thousands buying all my cosmetics, detergents and snacks. There was a special on the kiddies oh so heavenly bubble baths. It was a 3 for 2 special. My kids prefer the blue bubble bath and the special was that you could either take 3 blue or 3 pink but not a mixture of both. So I take blue for my kids only to find that there is only 2 left on the shelf. I asked a staff member if I could take 1 pink as there was only 2 blue available. And the prices are also the same. The staff member gave me the run around and was not willing to compromise and told me to come back when there is stock. So first of all this store advertises a special when there is insufficient stock on the shelf for the customer to benefit from this special and then they expect me to inconvenience myself and come back whereas they could substitute the third product for the same bubble bath that cost the same price but just a different colour. I would rather support supermarkets. The service level at clicks is pathetic and I would rather spend my thousands elsewhere.
