pathetic service at Click Health Clinic

my mom went for a walk in vaccination at Clicks Kenilworth Centre.She was turned away and told to make a booking ,my mother is 72 years old and was motivated to stay alive , healthy and COVID free which took a lot of courage and bravery to do. Instantaneously she felt demotivated and we want to expose this kind of behaviour and treatment of our older generation.
