Pathetic service and staff at Clicks Fourways Crossings

I purchased a few items from Clicks Fourways Crossings on Sunday. I told the lady 4 times that I DID NOT want to use my points. She never asked my once but I told her 4 times so she would not have to ask. What did she do?? Take payment from my points and then had the audacity to tell me she actually asked me and I said yes!!! How can you employ such stupid people at your store??? This is not the first time I have experienced the inefficiency of the staff there. Clearly your staff do not listen and do not care about their customers. Absolutely useless!!!!!
