Pathetic service and no redress

I placed an order online for over R2000 and money was deducted from my account. Clicks failed to confirm order and only after I complained was told that order was "not created". Yet my money was deducted from my account. After complaining I was told that refund to my card would take 7 to 14 days!!!!!

Disgraceful conduct. They take your money and then want to delay for 7 to 14 days to refund and redress
