Pathetic service again clicks horison view pharmacy - congratulations

Pathetic service yet AGAIN at and from Horison view Clicks pharmacy. This is ongoing for years now. I've sent in letters of complaint to their head office before. Only once received a response. The service is mostly pathetic and slow, or, service good and friendly but 90% of the time we need to come back as they don't have stock, then it's ordered like yesterday, today upon getting there the wrong medicine was delivered. This is NOT just for allergies or nausea!!! My partner is really ill. ... Oh, also, we carry copies of our scripts as every 2nd time they cannot find our repeat scripts op the system. What **** is this? I'm taking my business elsewhere.
