Pathetic Service

I went to the Clicks at Newtown Junction today (26/06/2021). We asked whether they do gift wrapping, the cashier advised that they do it but the person who usually does them is off. I can't give out the cashier's name because she was wearing her name tag. She literally asked her help from her other colleagues and they were talking while we were standing there like idiots.. Each one of them giving excuses. Until one of them rudely said "Usaba ukutshela ama customer ukuthi asiyenzi igift wrapping), translated" you are scared of telling customers that we don't do gift wrapping.

The cashier who was assisting us just gave us a blank stare until we eventually left. Where is the customer centricity?
