Pathetic service.

Review for Clicks (Westwood Mall branch)

Saw a product on the 3 for 2 sale today and decided to buy it. Get to the till point to purchase them and the total reflects the ORIGINAL price and NOT the 3 for 2 special. The cashier then called Nomfundo (the manager) to 'rectify' the issue, however Nomfundo had a terrible attitude and COULD NOT give me the items that SUPPOSED TO BE on special because the SYSTEM rang it up at full price. Nothing was rectified and no apology was given from them either. Pathetic manager, pathetic service. Will not be returning.
