Pathetic Service

So clicks offers there members exclusive deals of which I chose to purchase a hand mixer at a discounted price. I went to 3 different stores and was advised that the product is out of stock but I can make an online purchase and have it delivered to the store which I did. The website clearly states that delivery time frame is 1-3 business days which I had no issues with. Every day I tracked my order and the last update was that the product is with the courier. 3 days pasg and I called clicks to find out what the issue is only to be told "it should ha e been here", "sorry the product is out of stock and we most likely have to give you a refund". "how would you like that refund mam?"... The pathetic service provided by such a huge company is unbelievable. No other solution given at all and had absolutely no empathy towards their customers. Just sorry mam the online team will investigate and it will take upto 72hours. Very disappointed in the service provided seeing that they claim to always provide the best service to their customers yet this is the bull**** I had to deal with. No follow up or communication to advise that the product is no longer available but instead I had to contact them. If I didn't call them they would have probably never got in touch either
