Pathetic Service

Today I got reminded why I had stopped buying at Clicks for years I only started started buying there because of Covid19 because I had problems with deliveries at Dischem...so I booked 2 appointments for Covid 19 and baby Immunization for Friday 11/02 at Forest Hill when I got there I was told shoots for Covid19 were finished which I accepted and was happy my child would be vaccinated I was told to go the pharmacy to the shoots for my child and come back to the clinic however when I got the pharmacy I was told wait and the gentleman who seemed not to be interested in helping me came back talking on his cellphone and told me they don't have shoots for kids as well then continued with his conversation on his cellphone. What I want to understand is why do we book appointments why was I not told not come, my time and petrol means nothing to you...I am beyond annoyed Clicks does not care about its customers they only interested in our money only!!
