Pathetic service

Im really unhappy with Clicks online service. Part of my order was Lennon Bergamotessens which when was purchased, the app did not state that, that particular item was out of stock. I received my order with that item missing. I did not get any sort if notification that i wouldn't receive the item. I had to mail and inform them that i did not get the item. Only thereafter I got a reply from the mail sent. I called and was told a manger would call me. I was told to hold for a reference number thereafter my call was dropped.I did not receive a call back. I feel this is really unprofessional.
