Pathetic Service

A few weeks ago i walked into Clicks at Broadacres. There was an african lady standing between isles obviously there to help customers. I asked if they had wart treatment and she said no. I thern asked but you are a chemist and you cannot help me? She then gave me that blank look. I went to the counter to pay for another item i had bought and asked the supervisor about the ointment. He cam back with 3 different products!!!! Why the heck have a lady standing there if she doesnt know what she is doing or couldnt be bothered to make an effort to help. Then a week later i tried to go to Postn et to print off my chronic script. They do not open a full day onsaturdays. I went to clicks for help and they said that they couldnt take the script off my flash drive and that i would need to email it. This was close to closing time. I went back on monday now having no chronic meds for 3 days. I asked the pharmacist if they had 3 ply N95 masks. He said no. I asked when they will be getting any. He said he didnt know. He didnt even make an effort to find out from the store manager. I find the staff at Clicks Broadacres absolutely useless and unhelpful!!!!
