Pathetic service

<p>On the 9/11/2016 I went to clicks west street in Durban (westgaurd) to purchase a few of my toiletries. In my basket I had included Libresse Maxi super 18, Libresse Panty liner 32 x2 which I wanted to purchase as part of mix and match buy 3 and pay for 2 but on the till points the cheapest product did not deduct.</p> <p> </p> <p>I advised the cashier and he advised he is going to check for me and inquire with supervisor when he came back he said the promotion is only for sanitary pads and panty liners do not count. (who buys 3 packs of pads to get 1 free). I ended up purchasing the rest of my items and returned the Libresse items because of this.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I add the very same items in my baskets to shop online, I receive the discount which means the cashier and supervisor for that store gave me incorrect information. Now I have to waste my time and petrol money go to clicks again to buy these items I initially wanted which is inconvenient for me. I have attached my receipt as proof of transaction and screen shot of the discount on the website as reference.</p> <p>I sent emails to customer services but never received a response.
